Responsible use
Privacy, access and safe use
Protect caller information and keep account access current.
Account access
Use individual authorized access where supported. Keep devices locked, remove former staff and report suspected compromise. Do not send passwords or authentication codes in support requests.
Caller data
Give any required AI, transcription and privacy notices. Collect only what is needed for the business request. Do not collect passwords, full card details, government identifiers or medical records. Regulated uses require separate approval and agreements; healthcare and legal-practice use are not supported in the current public release.
Emergency calls
Zappy is not an emergency service. Keep an accurate emergency policy and a human contact path. It must not be the only route for life-safety situations.
