Delete your Zappy Calls account

Account deletion removes access and begins deletion of the hosted account data. It does not cancel an Apple subscription or undo call forwarding configured with your carrier.

Request deletion

In the app: open Settings → Account & privacy → Delete account and data. Review the consequences, type DELETE, and confirm. Zappy immediately revokes your active sessions and queues deletion of the hosted account and connected credentials.

If you cannot access the app: email colton@fluidbloommedia.org from the email or Apple private-relay address associated with the account. Include the business name and the last four digits of the Zappy or business number. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, or full caller transcripts. We may request additional information to verify identity and authority.

Before confirming

  1. Cancel the Zappy Calls subscription in Apple's subscription settings if you do not want it to renew.
  2. Undo forwarding with your carrier or phone-system administrator so calls do not continue routing to the deleted service.
  3. Export any call outcomes, leads, or business configuration you are required to retain.
  4. Start any agreed telephone-number port-out before the account and number are released.

What happens next

After an in-app request or verified support request, we disable account access, revoke the connected Sign in with Apple credential, and aim to delete or deidentify active-service personal information within 30 days. Limited transaction, legal, fraud-prevention, security, and dispute records may be retained where necessary. Residual copies in encrypted backups may age out within up to 90 days. We will send confirmation when the request is completed or explain any information we must retain.
