Know what your subscription includes and what happens at its limits.

Your purchase screen defines your plan

Price, billing period, trial, included usage and extra charges must be shown before purchase. Web and iOS offers can differ. No plan is unlimited unless its own offer explicitly says so.

How usage works

Connected hosted calls and paid live tests normally use your allowance. Usage is saved in seconds and displayed as minutes. Running calls reserve time so simultaneous calls cannot spend the same remaining allowance twice. Final usage may appear after reconciliation.

At the limit: answering may pause or follow the disclosed fallback. Check your plan before increasing usage. Demo allowances are separate where offered.

Ordinary business use

Receptionist plans cover legitimate calls for the subscribed business. They do not authorize bulk dialing, spam, artificial traffic, resale or bypassing safety controls. Read the complete usage rules.

Unlimited does not mean unrestricted. Any explicitly unlimited feature remains subject to its disclosed scope, concurrency and call-duration controls, and the acceptable-use rules.
